I'll let you read the article for yourselves, but one little note - if you're releasing digitally and it's not a limited download, and you sincerely think (hope) you're going to sell more than 2,500 copies, contact HFA and set up an eMechanical account. The trickiest thing about SongFile, as wonderful of a tool as it is, is that you have to give the total number of copies (under 2,500) you're going to sell - and you pay upfront for those, instead of royalties as sales are made. It's a catch-22 to be honest, but one worth considering when you're thinking about mechanicals.
